What do I receive?
One campaign includes three finished vertical 9:16 MP4 ads, about 15–30 seconds each. The campaign includes the concept, hook, script, shot structure, captions and editing as appropriate.
What do I need to provide?
A product URL or a product brief. You can also add a target audience, offer or angle, instructions, and optional product images, video or a logo. Combined text is limited to 20,000 characters.
Can I upload my own product media?
Yes. Add up to 25 JPEG, PNG, WebP, MP4 or MOV files, up to 250 MiB each and 1 GiB total per campaign. Only upload materials you have permission to use.
When will my ads arrive?
Delivery is 24–72 hours after your campaign request is accepted. You can return to your campaign to check its status and download the finished ads when they are ready.
How do campaign credits work?
One credit covers one campaign of three ads. Purchased credits do not expire. Subscription credits are used first and roll over up to your plan’s cap. Re-running the same accepted campaign does not consume another credit.
Will these ads improve my results?
The ads are creative for you to review and test. We do not guarantee conversions, return on ad spend or ad-platform approval. Check the finished files, claims and suitability before publishing.
