Submitted materials may contain personal information about you or other people.

We retain billing status and transaction records. Our payment processor handles payment card information; we do not store full card numbers.

Service providers help us operate the service, including cloud infrastructure providers, authentication providers, AI model providers, our payment processor, email delivery services, analytics services and error monitoring tools. Authorized personnel may access submitted material as necessary to support and fulfill your requests.

4. Media and Sensitive Information

Only upload material you are authorized to share and process, including any permissions required from people shown in media. Avoid unnecessary identifying information, private documents and sensitive details.

The standard service is not designed for protected health information, financial account records or other regulated records requiring specialized compliance arrangements. Do not upload those records. We do not offer a compliance certification or a regulated-data agreement through these pages.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, campaign and uploaded information for as long as needed to operate and fulfill the service, handle support requests, and meet legal, accounting and security obligations. Retention may differ by record type.

To request deletion or information about retained data, contact support@aiugcadgenerator.com. We assess requests under applicable law and explain any required retention. Removing an input from a campaign does not necessarily erase stored source material immediately. These pages do not promise an automatic deletion period.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including authenticated access and encrypted connections. No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Keep your credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accounts are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Media uploaded by an adult may depict other people, including children; the uploader must have the necessary authority and permissions. Do not create an account on behalf of a child.
