Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorized to accept these terms to use AIUGCAdGenerator. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and remain responsible for activity under your account. Contact support@aiugcadgenerator.com if access is compromised.

2. Service Description

AIUGCAdGenerator turns a product URL or brief into one campaign of three finished vertical 9:16 MP4 ads, about 15–30 seconds each. A campaign includes concepts, hooks, scripts, shot structure, captions and editing as appropriate.

A product URL or brief is required. Optional product images, video and logos may be provided as JPEG, PNG, WebP, MP4 or MOV: up to 25 files, 250 MiB per file and 1 GiB total. Combined campaign text is limited to 20,000 characters.

Save your brief, choose a payment option and explicitly request your ads. Delivery is 24–72 hours after the campaign request is accepted. Saving inputs or paying alone does not submit a production request.

You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy, permissions, claims and appropriate use of submitted materials and delivered ads. Ad spend and ad-platform publishing are not included. The standard service is not designed for regulated health or financial records and does not include a private deployment or specialized compliance agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not violate law or third-party rights; upload material you lack permission to use; impersonate someone; circumvent payment, limits or access controls; transmit malicious code; or disrupt or place disproportionate load on the service.

Do not use the service to create deceptive endorsements or impersonations, misrepresent a product, person or event, or make unsupported claims. Review delivered ads before publication and follow applicable advertising laws and platform rules.

4. Billing and Plans

One Campaign: $39 USD one-time for 1 purchased campaign credit, covering 3 ads.

Solo: $79 USD per month, 3 subscription campaign credits per paid monthly period, rollover cap 9.

Pro: $199 USD per month, 10 subscription campaign credits per paid monthly period, rollover cap 30.

Studio: $399 USD per month, 25 subscription campaign credits per paid monthly period, rollover cap 75.

Subscriptions bill monthly and renew until canceled. Contact support for cancellation assistance. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid service remains subject to the applicable billing period.

Purchased campaign credits do not expire. Subscription credits are granted for paid billing periods and roll over up to the plan cap. Subscription credits are consumed before purchased credits.

One campaign credit covers three finished ads. Re-running the same accepted campaign consumes no additional campaign credit. Payment creates credit availability; it does not itself submit a production request.

Payment processing is handled by our payment processor. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. Any future pricing changes will be communicated before they take effect for existing subscriptions.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of material you submit and are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for us to process it. Keep your own source copies; the service is not a substitute for a backup archive.

Retention and privacy requests are described in our Privacy Policy. Do not assume removal from a campaign immediately deletes stored files.

6. Ownership and Licenses

You retain ownership of your submitted material. AIUGCAdGenerator retains rights to its platform and underlying technology.

You grant AIUGCAdGenerator a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, transmit, display, and use your submitted material as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the service. This does not transfer ownership of your material.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular creative outcome, or the absence of errors. Third-party provider disruptions may affect availability.

Illustrative images and sample videos on the website demonstrate presentation and are not evidence of processing results for your own inputs. Review any delivered material before using it.

We do not guarantee conversions, return on ad spend, ad-platform approval or that generated materials are suitable for every purpose. Fictional generated examples are not customer results or endorsements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIUGCAdGenerator and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, data or business interruption.

Aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to AIUGCAdGenerator in the 12 months preceding the event or $100 USD. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

9. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify AIUGCAdGenerator against claims, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use, submitted material that violates another party’s rights, or your violation of these terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, contact support@aiugcadgenerator.com and allow at least 30 days for informal resolution. Subject to applicable law, unresolved disputes are resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; class or representative proceedings are not permitted.

Where arbitration is unenforceable, claims will be heard in courts in Delaware under Delaware law, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security incidents, abuse or legal and operational risk. You may request account closure through support. Termination does not eliminate accrued payment obligations or records that must legally be retained.

Deletion requests are handled as described in our Privacy Policy; no self-service export or fixed deletion schedule is promised here.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms, with notice of material changes where required. The effective date and version identify the current text. Continued use after an effective update is subject to the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
